Silverman’s toddler class has had a busy winter! They have done many winter themed art projects like polar bear handprints, winter trees, and mittens.
The children love to get creative and cook. This month the Efrochim class made pancakes, rainbow grilled cheese, pasta, and banana snowmen.
We are continually working with the children on using their listening ears to pay attention to the teachers and their peers. As a class, we also work on fine motor skills using science activities.
Since snow day is coming up in January, we have been using snow as our main theme for various activities. Currently, we have play sensory snow in the classroom, a snowstorm jar, snowman footprints, and we are using an ice block chisel for our science project.
