Silverman’s Parparim class has been busy the last few weeks studying the fall season and all of the Jewish High Holidays. Some recent projects include a “Hand are for…” where the focus is for kids to learn different ways to be kinds and show it. They also made some community appreciation cards for the Synagogue, Fire Department, and SDPD. Another project was the apples on top name project.
Parparim has also been practicing their shapes and letters, name / letter recognition, fine motor skills (painting, tracing, and slime), and studying apples.
Some books they have read include: “Picking Apples and Pumpkins” and “Jonah and The Whale”.
