Silverman’s Pre-K class was very busy at the end if the school year getting ready for graduation. The class had to rehearse the graduation ceremony, speeches, and learn new songs. The graduation ceremony was a huge success and enjoyed by all.
The last few weeks of school we had class caterpillars that turned into butterflies. We got to set them free and the children loved watching them fly away. The class also worked hard on their hand writing and cutting with scissor skills.
The class also had a wonderful time working with the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Book and did some class projects that complimented the book. All the children really enjoyed the story. They also read, “The Grouchy Lady Bug”, “The Night Before Kindergarten”, and “All About Butterflies”.
The Pre-K teachers wanted to let their recent graduates and their families know that they were an amazing group of children and they will be missed. Polina and Hanna are confident that their graduates are prepared for their next step… Kindergarten! Thank you to the parents for all the involvement and please stop by to say, “hi”.
