It was all rhinestones and gold doubloons this week as we dove into pirate and princess fun! Children came in costumes, made their own and dug for treasure from Monday through Friday. Whether they were designing their dream castle, creating hand print pirates or covering tiaras in glitter, the children loved everything from the activities, to water day to fun snacks!
Shorashim (infant class) created adorable hand print princesses and pirates while Efrochim (toddler class) adorned crowns with glitter. Tziporim (two year old class) made collage ships which would have looked great sailing right on up to the watercolor castles created by Parparim (three year old class). Downstairs, Chaverim 1 made parrots fit for any pirate and Chaverim 2 created beaches in a jar.
Snack this week included pirate bananas, princess wands, and unicorn yogurt, but the finale was the pirate ship challah the children enjoyed on Friday!
