We have finished our first week of camp and the kids are having a blast! Each class completed some amazing red, white and blue activities to celebrate the 4th of July from Shorashim (infants) through Chaverim (third grade). There were also fun themed snacks and our first water day was a hit!
Shorashim and Efrochim students made adorable hand prints, no mess finger painting, and some sweet fourth of July shirts to get them in the spirit.
Tziporim and Parparim enjoyed using glitter and paint to make fireworks as well as their own versions of patriotic hand prints.
Chaverim made their own interpretations of fireworks, fun windsocks to decorate the hall as well as a large sign to celebrate the holiday.
Snacks were also fun this week with everything from patriotic parfaits to red, white and blue challah on Friday!
How are you going to spend the long weekend? Let us know in the comments below!
