We sure were busy in the Parparim class this January and February! Our theme this month was focused around winter time.
Our class enjoyed a few art projects including the deconstruction of snowmen using watercolor and collage work, crystal snowflakes created with a salt base and watercolor, Q-tip name art, constructing a classroom snowman and practicing A/B patterns.
We are working hard on our find motor skills by practicing using the scissors to cut and . Other skills we are working on is name recognition and counting.
Throughout the moth we have enjoyed reading all different books and our favorite ones are “Go to Sleep, Little Groundhog”, “Quiet Bunny and Noisy Puppy” and “The book with no Pictures”
We are so excited for the month of February where we will be exploring nocturnal animals and the human body!
